Mr. See Owned a Saw

I found this one in the archives from a few years ago. It's a nice tongue twister for the supper table tonight.

Mr. See owned a saw.
And Mr. Soar owned a seesaw.
Now See's saw sawed Soar's seesaw
Before Soar saw See,
Which made Soar sore.
Had Soar seen See's saw
Before See sawed Soar's seesaw,
See's saw would not have sawed
Soar's seesaw.
So See's saw sawed Soar's seesaw.
But it was sad to see Soar so sore
Just because See's saw sawed
Soar's seesaw!

I think I used this rhyme as a sermon illustration one time. We often think God's will for our lives is a big mystery. We think He is a big "unknown." But verses like John 16:13 remind us that God has revealed Himself in His Word. He may not answer all of the question that we'd LIKE to know, but He answers all the ones we NEED to know.
