Circus Memories & Music

We had a great time at the circus in Florence recently, and it reminded me how thankful I am for the memories we make as a family. My favorite part was the "French" guy on the bicycle. My son loved the $10 fireworks that announced the arrival of each new act.

The circus is a great catalyst for the imagination, and it's often inspired good music. Here are some of my favorite circus-related songs:
  1. The Circus Left Town (Eric Clapton)
  2. The Kid (David Wilcox)
  3. Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite (The Beatles, covered by Eric McFadden)
  4. Merry Go Round (PFR)
