A Prayer on My Son's Birthday

Lord, thanks for blessing us with a wonderful son on this day in 2006. You were with him when he arrived six weeks early. You were with him every night in the NICU. You're with him today at school, and You'll be with him all of his life. Help us to always remember that he's Yours and not ours-- a child of the covenant who will grow closer to You each day, ready to Glorify You and enjoy You forever. Amen.
