Prayer: Preparing for Special Services 10

"Lord, we complain about our nation. We complain about the Church. We complain about our homes, offices, bedrooms, and breakfast tables. But we are the common threads that hold these tapestries together. If we seek healing as individuals, You will bring healing as a group. Fix our broken cisterns. Liberate us from the sin and pride that make us weak. In Christ's name, Amen."

We'll begin our annual Fall Special Services on October 4th. In preparation, our speaker Rev. Paul Peppin has asked that our leaders join him in prayer for the month leading up to the event. I'll post a prayer each day here on the blog. I'm adapting a prayer guide from the North American Mission Board.
