One Church: Four Generations (3)

Earlier this week, I posted a summary of the four generations that are active in churches and communities today. Here's a summary of how they're active, taken from One Church, Four Generations.

• Builders: Informing (offering experience, leaving behind legacy and foundation)
  
• Boomers: Prevailing (active in leadership, setting direction, running government)
  
• Busters: Promoting (new ideas, new methods, variations on established themes of leadership)
  
• Bridgers: Preparing (studying, searching, planning, interning)
  

I'm not sure if this thumbnail sketch will make sense out of the context of a narrative. If not, you can blame it on my (Buster/1978) generation's preference toward a pastiche of ideas and short attention span!
